In-Network Insurance

Our office is contracted as in-network with several insurance companies including Cigna, Health Partners, United Medical Resources (UMR), United Health Care (UHC), and Medicare.  As a courtesy, our team will verify your in-network chiropractic benefits if you can provide us with a copy of both the front and back of your current card.

Time of Service (“TOS”)

We believe in the value of chiropractic care for you and your family, so if you do not have insurance or if your chiropractic benefits are minimal, another option is omitting insurance entirely and choosing our TOS discount. TOS stands for “time of service” and we offer a 10 – 15% discount for patients who pay by either cash, check, or credit card (including HSA or Flex Spending accounts) on the day of their office visit.  Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be cost-effective and affordable.

Out-of-Network Insurance

Our office does not submit bills on behalf of our patients to insurance companies that do not have contracts with our office.  However, we can provide you with a “Superbill” at the end of your visit after you pay the “Time of Service” rate.  You are able to use this document to submit to your out-of-network provider to see if they offer any reimbursement for your chiropractic treatments under your plan.
